In the same auction, the developer acquired 3 other new projections in the Northwest Sector. Together, these areas represent an initial investment by the company of more than R$500 million in the acquisition of land and a projection of up to R$5.5 billion in the offer of new properties. high standard, in the Capital, for the next few years.
