In light of recent inaccurate information released by third parties regarding a future real estate development by our company on land in Park Sul next to ParkShopping, we are issuing this statement to clarify the facts on this matter.
Emplavi is indeed the sole and exclusive owner of a 164,084 m2 plot of land located in Park Sul, next to ParkShopping. The land was purchased with its own funds through a public bidding process conducted by Terracap.
On this land, our company will build a real estate development with the characteristics of a planned neighborhood. However, at this time, there are no plans for a launch or for registering clients for the future sale of the development.
There is currently no approved architectural project. Our company is beginning the execution of environmental compensation measures and the necessary infrastructure works on road systems, sidewalks, bike paths, as well as works for water supply, sewage, and electricity. These investments, added to the value of the land, exceed R$ 600 million.
Any disclosures or attempts to pre-sell the project are malicious speculations by third parties who have no connection whatsoever with Emplavi and may even constitute possible attempts at fraud or scams.
Finally, we would like to inform you that the commercialization of the project, at a future date yet to be determined, will be widely publicized to the market well in advance of the product launch, which will be sold solely and exclusively at Emplavi's Sales Stands and Centers.
