Surrounded by an atmosphere of optimism, celebration, great expectations and new achievements, the Emplavi brought together, once again, on January 23rd, its entire sales force, made up of accredited managers and brokers, in addition to its management team, to carry out its traditional Emplavi Sales Meeting, with the theme “The power to do more and better is within you.”
In addition to all the celebration of the sales results in 2024, with all the targets being met and the awards being presented to the best brokers, made by the company's president, Dr. Gil Pereira, the meeting was marked by moments of great excitement, challenges and reconnection with the Emplavi universe, with the presentation of the new targets for 2025 and the strategic Marketing and Sales planning for the new cycle, in addition to a lot of interaction between the participants, motivational talks and a lively happy hour to close the event.
The most anticipated moment of the Meeting, however, was the announcement made by the president of Emplavi, Dr. Gil Pereira, who officially announced, with great enthusiasm, the offer of more than R$ 2 billion in real estate for 2025, being R$ 885 million in five new releases, three of which are in Block 500 of the Southwest Sector and two new ventures in Northwest Sector, that should be added to the brand's current offering, which includes projects of two, three and four bedrooms, ready to move in and with construction work progressing quickly, in the best locations in the Northwest and Southwest Sectors, as well as Guará and Águas Claras, thus ratifying its leadership in the real estate segment of the Federal District, with the largest and most diversified real estate offering in Brasília.
